Resolved - The fix is live and new assignments from all sources are being imported normally again. Assignments published between 26 October 12:00 CET and [date/time] are being processed automatically and will appear in Sentior over the next few hours. We apologise for the inconvenience.

De oplossing staat live en nieuwe opdrachten van alle bronnen komen weer normaal binnen. Opdrachten die tussen 26 oktober 12:00 en [datum/tijd] zijn gepubliceerd, worden automatisch alsnog verwerkt en verschijnen de komende uren in Sentior. Excuses voor het ongemak.

Identified - Since Monday 26 October, around 12:00 CET, new assignments from some of our sources are not being imported, or are imported with a delay. The cause is an issue at an external service we use to read assignment pages. We have identified the problem and are rolling out a fix that removes this dependency.

Assignments already in Sentior are not affected, and neither are sources connected through a direct integration. Assignments that were missed will be imported automatically once the fix is live. We will post an update as soon as it is resolved.

Sinds maandag 26 oktober rond 12:00 komen nieuwe opdrachten van een deel van onze bronnen niet of vertraagd binnen. De oorzaak is een storing bij een externe dienst die we gebruiken om opdrachtpagina's uit te lezen. We hebben het probleem gevonden en zetten een oplossing live die niet meer van deze dienst afhankelijk is.

Opdrachten die al in Sentior staan, en bronnen met een directe koppeling, hebben hier geen last van. Gemiste opdrachten worden automatisch alsnog verwerkt zodra de oplossing live staat. We plaatsen een update zodra het probleem is opgelost.
